Virtual Image analysis of the University of BErn (VIBE)

User Documentation

The VIBE desktop is the virtual platform for advanced and interactive image analysis for researchers of the University of Bern. It is powered by the HPC of the University of Bern (UBELIX) and it uses the OpenOnDemand framework for applications development.

The VIBE desktop uses https://ondemand.hpc.unibe.ch.

Warning

This is currently work in progress. Expect errors and outages.

NOTE: Here I plan to add a short video visually attractive displaying several task/application, for example: 3d rendering, segmentation, deconvolution, tracking, etc
